About Us

Fulfilling my childhood dream, I became a teacher to help children grow as students and people and be there for those that need a little more support. I also grew up being a part of my parents buying and managing of property. I have blended these two worlds, combining my love for helping others and my knowledge of real estate investing to help those facing challenging situations (which my family and I have also experienced earlier in my own life). With my husband and children, we will continue to invest in real estate while also helping others get their fresh start!

We Buy Fixer-Uppers

We invest in real estate, but we are not realtors. We buy “fixer-uppers,” and invest in them to create beautiful, affordable homes.

We Create Win-Wins

If you need to sell your home “as is,” or quickly due to a pre-foreclosure or other challenging circumstances, we’d love to see if we can help. We make same-day offers on homes, and can typically close in less than two weeks. Our goal is to create a win-win and help you get a fresh start.

How It Works

2. We do our homework on the

property and estimate any repairs

we would need to do.

3. We make you an offer on your home.

4. With your acceptance of our offer,

we close within 2 weeks if needed.
